by mistake my wife submit old(expired) i130A form in response of rfe. and uscis received her response. will uscis accept the response? or we have to re send a latest i130A from ?

if you filed with a lawyer tell the lawyer to write a letter to the USCIS explaining what happened. also if you don’t have a lawyer get one.

They will send you another 797c notice of action for that mistake, and you will have to resend that with the new form, wait for instructions.
