RFE 3 days before the premium ends.
I submitted my I-140 EB2 NIW with Premium Processing on December 5th. Today, I checked my case status in the USCIS system, and they just issued an RFE with only a few days left before the 45-business-day deadline. Has anyone else experienced this?
Do you know a way I can recive the information of the RFE electronically? or I have to wait until they mail it?

Unfortunately, that’s very common. Expect some BS reasons. It’s said that they do that to buy more time to review your case. I believe that because my first time filing, I received an RFE quoting stuff that wasn't even on my application. Unfortunately, you also have to wait for them to mail you or the attorney the reason. There is no way to figure it out electronically. Good luck with the RFE response! I wish you the best.

You need to wait the mail. RFE doesn’t mean anything good or bad unitl you read it and see the comments.

Hey! you can get your RFE electronically if it is past 7 days. Ask Emma; say you want to speak with a live agent and request for the RFE. It will be sent to your email.
