I only received noticed in my USCIS account status. not by mail.

May I ask @Cedric Diaz what you got an RFE for? I received one because the I130a form was missing. I uploaded it, and it said received, and my case is now being reviewed 152 days later. Here is a breakdown received - RFE December 28, 2023 responded RFE - January 3, 2024 actively reviewing - January 9, 2024.

@Cedric Diaz I did as well but they approved my case before they received my docs by mail. it counts when you upload to your account.

Hey @Cedric Diaz did they notified you about it? I sent mine and they got it on the mail on June 15 but they haven’t make any changes yet. Have you heard back from them? thanks

I sent my evidence by mail on June 4th - “Response for evidence was received”: June 20 - “ Case being actively reviewed” June 21 - Case approved: June 24
