Return money
Why would ucsis return money? My lawyer call me and told me that ucsis will refund my government payment.

@Mi Am That must be your lawyers fee. Any fee charged by USCIS is usually charged to you when the lawyers send the application. Since VAWA & EAD & Advance Parole & VAWA i485 is free, you should not be paying anything more.

@PD MD Whether you file concurrently or separately, there’s no charge for VAWA based applications.
