very dissappointing, I have not heard anything after 603 days, so an RFE can be a probability! Means they have not even touched the case for 600+ days!!!

it’s possible for expired medicals. don’t worry everything will be fine.

over 9 months since approval and still waiting to be current.. it really frustrating but we keep hoping for a good movement in the bulletin

You’ve waited and worked very hard. Please try your best on the RFE. A little more effort and you can get your approval.

hello just want to let you know i follow your case everyday because i also have that long wait time. i know it’s discouraging but at least you got the next step (instead of just blindly waiting) and positively the result after an RFE is usually an approval. keep going we can make it.

for me 606 days marked and still it days finger print has been applied.

lots of petitions contain financials or business plans or assets etc which is definitely outdated after approx 18-19 months so RFE just demands fresh copies of those documents with current numbers or plans. dont worry my friend; its a normal thing. i hope it will be a go
