Response to SR and odds of approval
How likely is it to get approval or action taken after service request response from USCIS? this was their response to my case outside processing times:
“Recently, you notified USCIS that your priority date is current. When your priority date becomes current, your case automatically returns to active processing and will be worked in the order in which it was received. Once further action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of record.”

i got the same response, my pd has been current since april and also out of normal processing time. still waiting, I am asking senator office for helping

@mono . how do you do that? my PD will no longer be current in July and I’m running out of options 😭

search the US representative in your state either House representative or Senate, however, your PD needs to be current to ask them help you to make a request
