@Zig Zag @Charlie SC @can yun I spoke to USCIS over the phone 3 days before and they asked me to call them back when it’s 60 days of submitting the RFE. I m planning to call them back and raise a service request on Monday .

i would talk to a lawyer, book a consultation, and take actions like filing a mandamus. Here’s why. if you are eligible to file a mandamus, you will get approval very fast. I would do it asap (consulatation) and if lawyer says YES to mandamus. I would immediately do it. Because in January your priority date might go back significantly if the new administration decides so.

but it’s me. i have no problem spending couple thousands for mandamus. i think it costs between 3k to 6k.

just got a call from lawyers office saying that I have been called for an interview this coming week !!!! any suggestions???
