if I were you I would work my butt off to make it to that day unless you have very important reasons for not being able to make it. but if needed then you need to keep calling them and ask to reschedule. good luck

@Ck Ck go to your online account 1- Log in 2-Menu 3- Account Actions 4- reschedule Biometrics and you will be good to go!

@R H I just did that from my account and I've downloaded the appointment notice, my next question is I've not received my appointment notice of 8th on mail I only got a response from USCIS on mail and it stated I have to come with all appointment notice I received. what should I do?

@Ck Ck did you reschedule it? if yes then just print both and go to your new appointment. everything should be ok!
