@uscislin linuscis 3. 1 Evidence you were married to the US Citizen 2 evidence you are eligible for Vawa 3 evidence you are married to your abuser. And I included every other evidences.

they do this just gain some more time. then, they have a “plausible” excuse to drag your case for a couple more months. I sent everything I had and as soon as I received this rfe I responded the next day and sent to get there in 24 hours. lol

Same thing happened to me… They wanted more evidences of good moral, proof of good faith marriage and proofs that we lived together. Everything that I already sent it back in 2021… 🤞🤞🤞

@Noble Ben Is there any way to get the rental contract for the house where I lived with the abuser? I didn't have access to the contract, and the only thing I have is a report from the hospital where he took me, which contains my name and his.

@castro LG I don’t have it either but I hv a lot of documents on both names that came to the house. you can try to explain the reason y u don’t hv it in report.
