submitted AOS application Feb 06 IOE , requested Congressmen inquiry regarding delay in EAD , and DHS informed Congressional office staff that " expedited process cannot be completed until addition review process is completed," what does this mean , and update on status was last on March 14 ,

i observed a lot of Jan 2025 submissions received EADs in May, so roughly took around 4.5 months to get it. based on that maybe you will get it in June.
