yeah that’s not your actual status it’s the probable message you can get next based on what Lawfully prediction. Don’t worry about that status, we will get approve soon! Ameen!

@F G Amen! I got pretty anxious coz on the next message section when I was waiting for my EAD renewal approval the prediction was correct. But I got it recently. So I figured for the l-485 is pretty much the same. What’s your PD if may I ask? Did you get RFE?

mine is 02/24/2023, no updates it’s says finger prints taken. the lawfully message is based on huge data lawfully have it’s not mandatory that it will be our next message. hopefully we won’t get any rfe and it will be approved in few days.

@F G I hope so too. I asked my lawyer today, He said that he didn’t receive a RFIE from USCIS. My PD is current but still CRP and the last action was finger prints taken. Hoping and praying our time for GC approval will come soon!

hello guys today I got the email from uscis saying as of July 28 request for initial evidence sent. I already had a Rfe sent on Oct 4 and I responsed back on dec 11 for my Rfe. it was showing RFe received until then. here on the case tracker it still says Dec 19 we received Rfe but on uscis website today it says as of July 28 request for initial evidence sent any idea ?

@Isaac k sorry I have no idea about the inconsistency of the case status. As for my USCIS actual status it is still CRP. Hopefully, we all get approved 🙏
