Request For Evidence (I-485)
Hello Everyone 👋 EB-2 NIW AOS March filer here. I received an RFE update on my case a few days ago (still waiting for the official document to know what they want) regarding my I-485. Has anyone else received an RFE on their I-485? If yes and you know what it was about, could you please share the information in a comment? Thanks!

most probably Medical related or birth certificate or if you are married so something related to marriage status. It could be anything else

@SS KL It turned out to be medical related. The attorney sent me the notice they got earlier today! None of us knows what was wrong with the first one, but we're doing everything possible to make sure there are no errors this time!

@AHMED I. I told u mostly they send medical or birth certificate related in AOS cases. Hopefully they will consider your medical complete this time. I’m also waiting for my NIW based AOS case. After biometrics in April, I got first silent update on 23 May. My case is in NBC and interview waived for now as per numerous live agents.

@2wenty1 Dec The RFE notice was sent from Newark, and I responded to it and they acknowledged its receipt. They're working on the case as we speak.
