what are they asking for? more evidence or good moral character letters?

more evidence like Alleges Abuser Status, Qualifying Relationship, Shared Residence, Battery and /or Extreme Cruelty and Good Faith Marriage.

Send it again and also write a letter explaining that you had already sent it with your initial application. Just my opinion

@T O they do not ask for same documents but for MORE evidence. if you will send only same what you already sent, you will be denied. they didn’t misplace anything

@T O if you have trouble to find more evidence, then definitely you should hire an attorney.

I got and rfe requesting everything that I already sent in as well

my lawyer sent in everything we already sent plus some additional evidence so just waiting now to see what’s next
