Judging by recent approvals, the best case processing time for potomac I-130 is 441-443 days, hope they can bring this number down in the coming months.

The RFE specifies that you send the photos by mail to a uscis address and office.

my current us citizen sponsor(who sponsored me for the fiance visa) to get me here in usa is now retirement(and might be not qualified anymore for sponsoring me for the adjusting status/greencard)..my spouse herself disable no income and can not sponsor me...any of u know how to find any other sponsors for AoS here in usa?

It is a very complicated situation because the sponsors must have some confidence and know each other since that person must give their personal data about their life and work. you should find a friend/relative for that.

It depends on the center where the petition is, Nebraska, for example, works very quickly with the citizens! but most centers are already approving 2021! don't despair your approval will come...
