According to my experience you are getting a medical RFE.

RFE/RAFE can be medical, Supplement J, birth certificate, maintenance of status, or other missing evidence. RFIE is usually for something needed to accept/continue the case early; RFE can come later. Wait for the notice and respond exactly. If you did not submit medical, there is a good chance it may be I-693.
