reopening admin closed case
Anyone have any luck lately reopening an admin closed I-485 case? Removal order was terminated by BIA months ago and everything was sent in to appropriate address but they’ve still not reopened the case. I’ve spoken to tier 1 agents and they’ve made requests on my behalf but to no avail yet. Any advice on this or stories similar to this would be greatly appreciated!

how long for your removal order got terminated ? and how to terminate? ask ICE to rejoin ?

get your senator’s office involved. I got mine reopened with their help in less than a week. it’s super easy, you just need to fill a couple of forms and they’ll reach out USCIS for you and get things rolling. good luck!
