There was an administrative error on my EAD card. They finally prouduced it after 8 months

wait until six months then submit an expedite request based on possibly losing your current job with EAD. that might help

I also have the same fear, it took almost 18 month for my last EAD renewal. we can only apply tor EAD renewal 180 before it expires.

my lawyer told me if I don’t hear anything yet before my work permit got expired I have to renew it a year before. to have enough time.
