the judge will give you more time for the i130 to get approved without i130 approved the judge can't terminate your case

My removal proceedings was terminated with pending i130, just ask your lawyer to file eoir i485 with the court and request prosecutorial discretion with ICE. Dnt wait too long for i130 to be approved before terminate your removal proceedings. My i130 was filed just 4 months and i got my removal proceedings dismissed by Judge without going to court.

@kaykay gave me this info I told my lawyer and now my proceedings has been terminated while i130 is pending and I haven’t even filed i485 yet so it’s possible. thanks Kay Kay for the info by the way helped me a great deal.

@tm, you are welcome. Lots of pple dnt know it's possible. I filed i130 and i485 on April this year. Filed i765 on May, I got my work authorization last two weeks, and now I filed my i131 since im out of court cus once I get my advance parole, I'm going to use it to travel internationally.

no, they don’t I just spoke with my stupid lawyer, telling me he will continue my hearing but I refuse, I gave him 1200 since last month to file a motion to terminate but nothing.

@cosmos Joey Theres a good chance they my not terminate your proceeding because your court date is so close u might not have enough time but it never hurt to try and @ Kay Kay immigration is federal meaning any immigration lawyer can practice in all 50 states because it’s federal so please give us your lawyer info because right now im in the same both and I have no court date for future hearing so please your lawyer can help anybody in any state in the us as long the person have access to send all the documents she’ll need via fax or mail she or he can do it

I just spoke to court now base on my hearing and and asked if they received my motion to terminate, the court received it September 9 but the judge have not open it. which I have gave my lawyer money since June. 😭
