@ carlito wa carlito wait till you get the green card or the Citizenship even then you apply for the child. If he or she was born here, should take it immediately without applying just submit the passport application with the birth certificate and other documents to the passport office.

Now after they dismissed the case I’ve submitted a letter to USCIS and they opened the case without needing to apply again. I’ve been waiting now for three months. hopefully after the new year I get nice news 🤲.
