if you don't go to that interview with proof that the judge dismissed removal proceedings, USCIS won't be able to adjudicate and will close your case administratively.

@olumide go for ur interview. they will approve ur i130 and use that to go back to the immigration judge and he will terminate ur removal proceedings and send that evidence to uscis and ur i1485 should be approved

Jude I call him yesterday to tell him to write the judge her paralegal was saying we have to wait for a decision on the i485 should we wait or we can write the judge?

God’s favorite daughter i filed since march 2021, I got ead by August plus socials. got RFE by sept and got interview scheduled by Oct. Now I just received interview is scheduled February ending.

i130 alone can’t get u EAD until u wait for i130 approval and file i485 with EAD in there. don’t forget when ur i130 approved take that to terminate ur removal
