removal and travel-administrative closed deportation
hello,everyone,please I need your help,I was with. removal process and my attorney closed, with my vawa prima fácies,but I’m still waiting my vawa get aproved,but I have administer closed removal. soo my doubt it’s I can ask my para role to travel? I’m already don’t have n more removal process,and my case it’s administrative closed deportation.

yes u might be able to get a travel document, but I still would not travel. seeing u was in removal..but just ask your lawyer

Administratively closed is not mean you can travel, because your case removal still pending. Only thing you can ask I 131 if your removal is terminated.
Administratively closed is different to terminated.
two words is different for immigration terms.

sir/ma I don’t know who you are but don’t travel because all those whom their removal was administratively closed during Biden…trump administration just issues that they will be reopen by June so please stay put that’s a very friendly advice.

your case just in pause mode it can activate any time if you won’t get approval from usics that time you can seek relief from court if usics approve your application they dismiss your case , you need to terminate motion to dismiss ,
