Reject Notice
Does anyone know what this mean:
Your I30 form is being returned to you because the eligibility you filed under requires that you file an I485 also.
please help my application was rejected twice. My lawyer doesn’t know the reasons too! I’m stuck now .

@emi lt seems you should have filed concurrently both I-130 and I-485. Are you filing within the U.S?

@everyone I filed both i130 and i485 but both were returned! IS USCIS recently updated new forms or new filling news ?
