if it’s marriage based, maybe they don’t believe the marriage is real. or some issue with the documentation that wasn’t resolved in an RFE. what’s your case?

it’s not me it’s someone I know and it’s not marriage based it’s his mom that filed for him and they told him his visa was approved but when he visits the ceac to check the status it says REFUSED
