Refugee Travel Document is necessary for a Asylee Permament Resident?
If I already have Permanent Residence after granted asylum, I need the refugee travel document to travel abroad the country?

because you got your green card through asylum, you can’t use your home country passport for travel therefore it is in your good interest to get RTD.

Asylum manual states that you need to use RTD for travel to safely return to US. At the same time, nowhere in the asylum manual states that you can't use your own passport. You can justify using your passport due to RTD is not being accepted at the destination.
