refilling
Any tips when refilling …. I did my application myself because lawyers n paralegals calling for so much money… my i130 is already approved my 485 got denied in January after filing 290b they dismissed the case so am about to refile… Any tips ?

@Ibe trust God they denied because of a joint sponsor I needed for the 485 first so I filed in April 2024 they denied in January the 485 they took 50days to make a decision

@TM🥰 MC Sound like you filled out out okay it was the sponsor that was laking. You need to address that and fix the problem or you will be denied again. They have become more strict with this part of it. Do you have a 765?
