Recent trends in Field Office
I have been observing some recent trends in field office actions. It looks like when a field office is looking at cases they happen to look at all similar blocks of cases at the same time.
Recently, I can see a lot of people either getting rfes or approval from LA field office. If your case is in LA field office and have already gotten updates… congrats, if you haven’t hang tight you will get it soon.
However, some field offices are not even looking at cases at all. For instance, New Jersey Central Field office has been literally dead. They are not even touching paper filed cases at the moment. If anyone has been transferred to NJ central FO let’s discuss in comments if you have gotten any updates.
