yes. As per USCIS website. All cases pending GC , the fees will be waived.

@F A nope I paid for i485, only did fee waiver for ead/ap and that was 2021, got the receipt after 2 or 3 weeks after

@F A I filed i360, i485, i765 and i131 Feb 2021, so this post is about my i765/i131 that will be expiring June 2024, so I submitted the Renewal nov 2023, so I was expecting to pay for it since I did fee waiver in 2021 but uscis returned my money order back stating that my Renewal is free
