As of October 16, 2025, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number, for an interview. We will schedule
your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

my case is different I never had an interview so want to know when I’ll get the notice for interview

@june2021 pd my dependent took around 2 months to schedule (notification updated). Mine took a couple of days and the notification arrived in the mailbox (the app didn’t update at all). Interviews done and online still as “we are ready to schedule..”

it depends on the FO and their case load. Your file has been reviewed and assigned a no which is why the status says ready to be scheduled. Just know that you are in queue now
