@Daniel C. How can we check where our case is processing?

I received an RFE letter from them. My case was at NBC before that. I also believe you can inquire Emma about the processing location

Our case has been in the raleigh field office since november 2024 with no movement at all. When did you receive your rfe from them and what was it about?

@G G I received it feb 27 and it was about form i508 which by the way i had already submitted and they misplaced it…. i hate uscis

@Daniel C. Yeah they find different ways to deliver your case - do you know when it was moved to raleigh?

@G G i guess when i received the rfe because i checked with emma two weeks before and it was still at NBC

@Daniel C. Good luck and keep us posted how it goes - raleigh had a processing time of 37.5 months prior to the recent uscis processing time change for employment bases cases

@G G I don’t think 37.5 for eb. Perhaps for family based. And i am a priority worker it must count something, even for uscis!

same here PD june 2022 RD : Dec 6 2023 and still waiting. case is transferred to non local field office around july 2024. Raleigh NC office

@Daniel C. Congratulations! Thats great news! This means hopefully they started looking at employment based cases. Was it approved from the Raleigh office and did you try anything like service request recently?

@Daniel C. congratulations ! mine is EB3 @G G are you EB3 as well ? my case was moved to that office back in July 2024 per live agent through emma.

@Deependra chaudhary Yeah mines been there since nov 2024 - they are horribly slow
