Quick Question, the 75 affected countries are the approvals of the USCIS still going and it's just the NVC approvals that are paused or both approvals are paused USCIS + NVC ? because I'm from Morocco and I'm affected by the pause

for what I understand, I don't think any of the above is affected, only the embassy/interview process is affected but I could be wrong tho

I filled for my son who resides in Germany , will his application be paused when USCIS approves since he is Ghanaian by birth and resident in German

@Kwabena Agyare Yes since he’s not a German citizen yet he will be treated as Ghanaian, I filed for my kids IR2s also, they are born in Nigeria but Naturalized Canadian citizens, so they will have their case adjudicated as a Canadian citizen.
