Question regarding i485 interview wavier
I applied eb1c pp concurrently with i485 in May. My i140 is pending but biometric done for i485. In my account against i485, it says biometic complete as well as interview completed. Does it mean my interview has been wavied? I see some people saying that interview was later reschedule although it was wavied initially. Any thoughts?

@F R -Waived for now but can be changed even when RFE is issued.
happened in my case. current stage after RFE is on interview.
don't know yet if it will be waived or if I need to attend it.

Attorney filed at the time of submitting 485, 765 and 131. RFE was for resend the Supplement J.
