hi I did summited my i130, i765 and I 485 altogether. they send me a work permit in 2 months. I have had no interview yet. I think interview won’t be necessary, I can see in my USCIS portal that says. step 3 interview completed. and I’m in last step. witch is approval. God help us with the approval, I’m petitioned by my citizen son. thank you. I’ll wish you the best.

My interview was on August 14, we were verbally approved but I haven’t received anything until today, neither in the mail nor on the portal — not even the I-485, I-130, or I-765.

same thing happened to 2 of my friends. they now have green card. you do not have to get the ead before.

hello! do not worry about not getting an EAD or the notice yet, the notice in the mail comes a bit later than it does in the account, so u can find it in the doc.tab there. l-765 and l-130 do not have a cronological thing as to which comes first to approve. So relax and good luck!

@grateful grace verbally approved is when the officer says you have been approved before issuing a notice to you
