@gy gy has case status change to “case was sent to NVC”? i did receive a similar email but when I reach out to NVC, they said my case is not with them and uscis agent told me, it is a copy and paste email.

@kelvin cole it has not changed yet. yeah I received that email today morning. probably it's going to take some more time for nvc to receive the cas. don't you think?

You can contact the National Visa Center for more information. but it was just a copy and paste email according to what an uscis told me.

oh ok I see, I think your situation is different than mine. I mentioned the beneficiary will AOS in both places. and in the email says, the problem or error has been resolved and the case been sent to nvc.

@gy gy, I thought you got the notification of case transfer to NVC while i824 is pending. I also got this type of email as a response to my inquiry email 2 months before. That was just misleading information from the stupid officer. Did you send them an email via your online account inbox and the officer responded or how did you get this email response?

this is very misleading from reputable organizations like USCIS. i am assuming the officer just copy and paste it and be sending it out to people

@Tek Sharma, I kept calling and couple messages via my account two or so ago. today I received this email saying the error has been resolved and the case is sent to nvc. I hope will get a response from nvc soon.

@moy toy, what’s the exact days since you filed I-824? It’s been 96 days for me. No updates at all. Also are you LPR or USC?

try calling USCIS once and ask them if your case is transferred to NVC or not. if they deny then tell them that I received a mail saying my case has been transferred to NVC today then they will look after your case closely. I did the same 1 hr prior today coz I received the same email.

@gy gy they said that my case has been transferred to NVC. I did typography in July they replied to me today saying your case has transferred to NVC. I did file both i-824 and typography errors. haven’t gotten any update from i-824 but got a reply on typography.

@gy what’s tye status on your case is it still approved? Mine was approved Sept 30 and same no WL yet

my I824 still on received status too however my I130 changes to actively reviewed from case approved last Sept 21 and when I checken in to my account I saw there’s 2nd approval notice in document section which says my I130 will be sent to NVC and come Sept 30 my I130 became approved again on case status but until now no WL. did you check if you get 2nd approval notice

nothing has changed, everything still as they left it. however I recieved an email stating that they send my i130 approval to nvc. which is I am confused now if that truly makes sense

oh I see, I didn’t receive any email from them apart from Sept 29 email that they have taken action on mu case that’s why I logged in to my count. hoping to get the WL later or tomorrow

i need help as i am extremly worried now i filed my i 824 on 24th May, 2022 after approval of i 130 on 11th may, 2022. form i824 not approved yet but my online uscis account is showing status of form i130 as case closed. what does that mean. anyone witn same situation. please help

your account is closed after i130 is approved which means you can't edit anything if iam not mistaken. you have to wait for an action towards your i824 or until they send your i130 to nvc. what is your i824 for?

it has been already 101 days no update. some people are getting approval in 80 days. why so much bias and discrimination? why they are not reviewing randomly?
