Question
I need answers on this please . what next if one is on removal proceeding and got married to US citizen who filled i130 petition and got his approved and the immigrant was able to have administrative closure on her court proceeding. what will be the next step

u have to open ur case with the termination court first then request motion of termination with the complete AOS package

that was unexpected at all because I was in removal proceedings and the lawyers told me most likely they are gonna deny ur I130 for couple times but my I130 got approved without even interview…..and later the immigration judge terminated my removal proceedings….. Thanks god
