Let me ask you a question. My case is also at the Queens Field Office. I submitted all my medical and other documents along with my application 1.8 years ago, and three days ago, my case status changed to 'Request for Additional Evidence.' Based on your experience, what do you think this could be about? I would appreciate it if you could share more about your experience since our cases are being processed at the same field office.

Honestly, I have no idea because uscis only requested me to submit the medical information.
