@TRS Hopefully. Do I just call the number after finding out whom my congressman is? or how is it done. I followed the link you posted and just found whom he is and contact number. The email cannot be reached.

@Just Green Click on the name to go to his website. Click on the 3 dashes icon at the top right corner. Click on Serving You. Click on Help with a Federal Agency. Follow the instructions from there. Mine is arranged like this but yours could be different.

@Rumi S Chatting with agent via Emma can be done as many times as needed. Service inquiries was allowed every 60 days. (Decided to send for myself and for each of my derivatives one day after the other). Did congressman inquire only once.
