so california just changed their processing times again on the uscis website to 10.5 months for a i-130 us citizen petitioning for a spouse so frustrating

they change the processing time today on Nebraska center too , it was 6 months now it’s 10.5 months.

my case was 2 years in case was received and a received mail was sent.. now I have 7 months in case is actively reviewed by USCIS 🤕😞

overall it will be better off. If your marriage exceeds two years when they’ll make a decision is 10 years green card that’ll be much better but the waiting game is killing
