Did biometrics November 2022 still waiting approval

i have two years waiting for my i601a

i am sumited my i601 app.in2016 i still waiting for approved .this cases take long time

took us 2 years and 10 months to get approved. March 2022 fingerprints and Oct 2024 .. we got approved

32 months now.

I did my biometrics in dec 2023 but my lawyer said I have to wait until oct2026 to get the approval!

@TBB #waiver we were in Nebraska and we got transferred (Oct16) to Potomac.

@Micha G I applied for my waiver march 2023 and did my biometrics for 601-a dec 2023 , Anyone who applied in March 2023 has already been approved?

did biometrics in April 2024 Potomac has our case working on it hopefully we get an answer next year around this time or sooner 🤞🏼

did biometrics April 2024 did an expedited n get denied so back to the waiting game my case is at Potomac been 14months now 😔
