Hi everyone, I filed my VAWA I-360 in June 2022 and have already received 6 Prima Facie determinations. My case is still pending. Has anyone had a similar situation and eventually received approval? How long after the last Prima Facie did you get a decision? Thank you so much for sharing.

June 10 2022. never received PF, EAD or Travel Document. in my opinion you are blessed. I’m homeless and begging for money in streets for warm food.

@T N my lawyer closed my case on their office for pending payment. I don’t have money to pay. I’m on my own.

@T N yes there’s was a mistake in dates we stayed together which was from my lawyer and we corrected it and add letter from friends and families but it was the same ones I sent before.
