approval takes almost 3 years to more. 8f you're lucky it can be at your 2 year mark. every case is different

@Ammm Zouk ,if your abusive spouse is a US Citizen, file forms I-485, I-765 (work permit ) & i-131(travel permit) so that you can work legally for the next 3 to 4 years before Decision on your VAWA. I don’t wish you chronic situation, but it’s the only reason you can expedite VAWA Processing otherwise wait for 3-4yrs
