Praise the Lord my parents I-130 approved!!!!
Thanks everyone for sharing your info and experiences in this app. I'm forever greatful for your help and support. For general info, I filled i-130 for my mom and dad on June 03, 2021 and first their case was at Nebraska SC, and then they transfered my dad's case to California SC and my mom's to Potomac SC. Dad's first "actively being reviewed" was on June 21, 2021 and mom's was on Oct 03, 2021. Today I saw a second "actively..." on case tracker app and USCIS online case status checker for both the same day, and when I log in to USCIS there is approval notice on documents tab. But still no update on lawfully app.

were both cases in the same service center? did they get approved at the same time?

@Lalex Salapu as I explained it in depth in the original post they both were first in Nebraska SC and then their case separated to California SC (my father's case) and Potomac SC(my mother's case) at the end both their confirmation came from California SC.
