@yellow banana 🍌 I am a farm equipment operator and wanted to change jobs to Truck driver, but my lawyer told me that I can't do it because the SOC codes are very different. But both jobs are unskilled.

@vitaliy 123 interesting 🧐 yes the soc code is totally different from my current job. Hmmm I thought we can change to anything as long as it is under eb3 unskilled.

Your new job's SOC code needs to be the same as your current job's, especially under new administration.
