what kind of divorce did you had in your country?? were you previously married in your country before coming to the states? And did your divorce in your country happened while your Vawa was on going with your usc spouse??

@B B, Appeal and clarify your divorce in details to the uscis, I think that will do.

@B B you can provide the case number and other details related to the case to USCIS that will prove its authenticity. USCIS must have said something about why do they think the divorce is not authentic.

I was denied since last yrs base on divorce documents I submitted, which is from my country. right now I did another one here. I submitted another application since may . up till now I have not received any response from them. no Reciept. I am really worried but my lawyer said its ok. pls can someone tell me if it ok
