@Tom Bom thank you so much!!!! yes, I will try 🙏My first RFE was more proof of the abuse, good faith marriage, good moral and proof that we lived together. The second RFE (three years later) was saying that I haven’t sent anything about my good moral (I did…), good faith marriage (my lawyer didn’t tell me that I was supposed to explain where the pictures with my ex were taken etc.) And also proof that we lived together. That is the toughest one, because since I didn’t have status I was scared of deportation and he controlled me with everything… I couldn’t have Uber on my phone or bank account. I do have one letter with both of our names in the address that we lived together, and also friends and family affidavit. I pray that is enough. I also explained how obsessed he was since the beginning… He had camera watching what time I would get home, I couldn’t leave the house if not for work, etc.

@God is good - Same with me (it’s 1174 days today) . They asked for good moral character twice just like you, and I’m still waiting for their decision I hope you hear something good soon. If nothing what people mentioned above will help you. If you really want your son, you can sue uscis and will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" to learn more.

@Tom Bom I never had any issues with the advance parole!!! And I also go to Brazil visit my family every time. Go in peace, I am sure you will be fine. I would recommend not staying too long, maybe 1 or 2 weeks maximum

@Tom Bom When they ask you why are you using the parole you can tell them that you are waiting for your green card decision. that’s what I always tell them. then they send you to “the room”, stamp your passport and you’re good to leave the airport 🙌 At least that was what happened to me every time (I used it 10 times)
