@Amy Nguyen through chat.. They didn’t give me specific reasons to get transferred but told everything looks good.. will update soon.. it was transferred from Nebraska to vermont and the case is still under process

@kalpana devi But wasn’t your I-130 originally being processed at the Texas Service Center? Or was it transferred because you also filed an I-129F?

@Amy Nguyen yea, at first my case was in texas then transferred to Nebraska and again came to know that it was transferred to vermont that’s why the mail was sent

@kalpana devi Other centers have already approved cases up to March 4, and I’ve even seen people from Nebraska get approved as late as March 12. Why are we still left waiting with no explanation, even though our dates have already passed?

@kalpana devi If your approval letter says it came from the Nebraska center, then you were definitely lied to. That makes me question my own case. They keep saying my case is at the Texas center, but there have been no updates at all.

@kalpana devi I think the approval is automated — like they have it preset, and once the date hits, the system just auto-approves it.

@Amy Nguyen yeah… They probably don’t have any information about the case … and about the auto approval I doubt it.Cause my status changed to actively reviewing to approved within few minutes..

@kalpana devi I’m in a group of people who filed cases like ours, and most of them received the email around the 440-day mark. After that, they got approved just minutes later. But there are also some cases like ours — some got approved a week later, and others have been waiting almost a year since receiving that email without any approval yet.

@kalpana devi I’ve already completed all of those documents. I also had to get them translated into English. As for the police clearance certificate (to show no criminal record), it took about a month to process where I live, so I applied for it early and received it on May 9.
