please help!!! after my case was terminated in immigration court and mailing address!!!
hi guys ! my case was in removal proceeding and case has terminated without prejudiced and I file i-485 with EOIR base on Texas service center last year March 2021 and my case has terminated on June 23th 2021 . but my I-130 was approved in minesota field office. i sent the package to the local office which is in minesota but I haven’t heard nothing since September 18th 2021 . my question is,,, should i send to texas service center that base on i-485 receipt 🧾 ? but my problem is idk what exact address and suites number and i was thinking my paper will get lost again and my status still remains case was updated fingerprint were taken since April 30th 2021. thank you 🙏🏽😭😢

@gurpre sing , Case was updated to show fingerprint were taken since April 30th 2021 . i-485 Married usc.

you should schedule an infopass with your local field office. Bring the same packet you mailed. make sure to bring the termination order from the judge. at the appointment the agent will have you fill out a form and can request your file.

You need to call the USCIS contact center. say "infopass” to be transferred to a live agent. explain your situation and they will escalate to a tier 2 agent that will call you back within 30 days to schedule the appointment
