I hope the officer that have my case could see this message. my mom die 4 years now I couldn’t attend the funeral. I’m asking please to approve my case and send me the green card I need closure, this is killing me I just want to go put some flowers on her grave😭😭😭. my husband is stressed he’s the only breadwinner, we have 3 baby boy. I just need to help, pay my tax and stop living like an alien. thanks in advance God bless you

Sorry about your situation Sandria, I hope it gets sorted soon. To those who like to say children are an absolute proof of bonafide marriage, she has 3 kids. Better buckle up and take this process seriously.

@ B Akin sometimes your marriage could be bonifide but you still have some issues in your immigration history that need to be sorted out. that will delay your case even though your marriage is Bonafide
