send back and expedite it for a clear USCIS error.

contact the ombudsman, since this is a USCIS error.

The Who? It says on the approval notice to send the card back with evidence of what’s wrong so I just sent it back with some evidence and new photos comparing my face the this random persons

The Ombudsman, look it up they help expedite these kind of things. I don’t want you to wait for another year to get the photo fixed.
