Permanent Resident Filing for Spouse: Filing for I-485 while the I-130 is pending
Hello Everyone, Can a permanent resident filing for Spouse who is already in US with a valid visa, file for I-485 while the I-130 is pending? Thank you so much in advance.

Yes- F2A is current. You can file I-485 with your pending I-130 notice and also file for I-765 and I-131 for the spouse

yes, as long as the beneficiary spouse isn’t in the US on an overstayed visa.

the filing date must be current before you can file I-485. I think they are presently in March 2021 or later. be sure to check visa bulletin before filing else they’ll return it. date for filing which is the second chart has to be current for your priority date on I-130

F2A 01JUN21 - if the PD of the pending I-130 is before june 1 2021, you can file for AOS
