Hi, yes I did in 2024. Left and came back safely. when coming back in they took me to a room for secondary inspection but all they did was checked my advance parole and passport and told me I can go. I don’t know if anything has changed since then but you should be fine.

I’ve traveled 3 times this year with advance parole, I didn’t have any problems. each time they took me to secondary inspection and just stamped my passport, which they always have to do whenever you’re entering with AP. usually on the first time you travel and come back, they ask you to confirm your address. I’ll be traveling again in December for the holidays. definitely apply and go visit your parents :)

@T N yes, 2025. Some lawyers put so much fear into the clients. But I guess it's because of the things they've witnessed on the job. Anyway, if you've had a run-in with the law, then you should listen to them.
